Birth Support - $5000

In partnership with Christine Gibson

• Support of two experienced doulas (having attended 500+ births collectively)

• Unlimited phone & email support upon contract signing

• Access to my curated referral lists and resource library

• Access to Christine’s lactation prep and induction courses

• 2 prenatal visits to determine your birth goals, review the physiology of childbirth, and determine the ways that we can best support you during your birth

• 24/7 on-call support between 37-42 weeks

• Continuous in-person physical, informational and emotional support throughout your labor and birth until a few hours after the baby is born

• 2 postpartum visits within the first weeks home to address lactation difficulties, baby wearing, your healing and more

• Unlimited phone & text support throughout the 4th trimester

  We also work with some clients using our sliding scale payment structure. If you are interested in sliding scale, just let us know and we can chat about it!

Postpartum Support - $210/3-hour visit

I provide compassionate, hands-on support to help families transition smoothly during the postpartum period. Services may include:

• In-home cooking & meal preparation

• Birth processing and emotional support after your birth experience

• Postnatal care for the birthing person

• Feeding support (breastfeeding, pumping, and bottle feeding)

• Newborn care

• Light housework related to baby care

• Running errands

• Baby wearing guidance

• Comfort and soothing techniques for baby

• Caring for your baby while you shower or rest

• Flexible support for anything else your family may need
